Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our travel products, including tour operators and airlines

• Provide expert travel advice and information to customers, both in-store and remotely

• Communicate effectively with customers, listening to their needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Book holidays and travel arrangements using our systems and processes

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a travel sales environment

• Strong understanding of travel products and services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
