About the Role

Hales Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical and industrial roles, working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing expert advice to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Source and attract top talent for technical and industrial roles, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for client roles
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and candidates
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or industrial sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate salaries and benefits packages
  • Goal-orientated approach to work, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
