Facilities Director

As a key partner with leading medical devices, semiconductor, scientific analytics and industrial systems manufacturers, we help them push the limits of what's possible with high voltage applications.
Main Objectives- Responsible for maintaining, securing and cleaning local sites with a high level of autonomy to manage day-to-day work schedules to meet operational standards and safety requirements.
- Demanding attention to detail with coordination and prioritization skills, excellent communication skills to build close working relationships with managers and external contractors.
- Coordinating facility PPMs, statutory inspections and testing, servicing of intruder, fire systems and CCTV to ensure legal compliance.
- Working alongside facilities technicians to perform in-house tasks, managing ticket requests and responding to facilities-related emergencies.
- Maintenance and monitoring of facilities management systems, including contractors, fire and security, CMMS and CCTV for both sites.
- Managing refurbishments, building projects, ESD flooring and facilities equipment moves, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration with relevant department managers and contractors.
Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
