Construction Site Manager

Astute People's Renewables team is partnering with a green energy engineering company to deliver solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in the UK. We are seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of these projects on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients and report progress to key stakeholders and colleagues involved in the project.
- Supervise construction workers and manage the hiring process for subcontractors.
- Ensure the project progresses according to defined timescales.
- Oversee health and safety inspections to meet required standards.
- Check site reports, designs, and drawings to ensure proper project execution.
- Level 6 Civil Engineering Site Management degree, NVQ Level 6 Construction Site Management, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in the UK construction sector, ideally with BESS, solar PV, and EVCP projects.
- Cambridgeshire
- 12-month contract with potential to extend
- Full-time onsite (5 days per week)
