Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site
  • Ensure that all site operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage the work of sub-contractors and trades staff
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
  • Ensure that all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that site operations are aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
