Site Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Bellway Homes. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the site
- Coordinate and manage site activities, including health and safety, quality control, and environmental management
- Develop and implement site-specific plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless site operations
- Monitor and report on site performance, including progress, costs, and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a site management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
