Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the project programme and budget
  • Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and trades staff
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
  • Ensure that all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes
  • Experience of working with HA, would be an advantage
  • Trade background, whilst being a supervisor would be an advantage
  • CSCS and First Aid qualifications
