Customer Support Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Lead to join our talented team at Corvus. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and process orders
  • Handle complaints and provide training to junior staff
  • Generate reports and maintain records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience using a Call Management System/CRM
  • IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
