Job Title: Scheduler

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of service engineers and the efficient planning of maintenance and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Request Management: Manage and allocate service requests from the Service Desk, ensuring timely dispatch to Service Engineers.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of routine maintenance, installations, and inspections.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Specialists to monitor the progress of service calls and provide updates as needed.
  • Customer Service: Generate service quotes and manage follow-up with customers to ensure clarity on schedules and delays.
  • Engineer Management: Maintain regular communication with Engineers to track their progress and assist with any issues.
  • Scheduling Plan Review: Regularly review and adjust the scheduling plan to meet the needs of the day.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to optimize scheduling efficiency and ensure the best use of resources.
  • Internal Collaboration: Proactively engage with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the business.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-focused approach, providing timely updates and ensuring the highest level of service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience in scheduling or dispatching.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication: A customer-first mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and Access is advantageous but not essential.
