**BRITA Vivreau** have an exciting new vacancy based at our Uxbridge offices for a Customer Services Coordinator to join the team.

Maintain open communication with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with progress of orders. Organise parts to be sent to sites, provide quotations to customers for chargeable works, raising invoice requests, completing H&S questionnaires, RAMS and permits to ensure easy access for engineers to customer sites.

**Additionally the day to day tasks will include;**
- Partner with the Service Delivery Planner to ensure that all work is allocated within designated SLA
- Collaborate with Technical Services Department to maintain good knowledge and share best practice to achieve all works and customer satisfaction
- Flag potential risks to line manager to prevent additional costs to the business

**To be successful in this role you will**

Have excellent communication skills, hold an NVQ-2 or B-Tech and have a positive “can do” attitude. You will also be highly organised, professional and enjoy working supportively within a team. This will require you to be in office Monday to Friday.

You will also require a great deal of planning and time management experience, as this is a busy role that requires attention to detail as well as your outstanding personality Should you have experience in working with contractors, that will be a bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
