Our team at HAR Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Helpdesk Manager to join our ranks.
As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including managing sites and buildings services contracts, overseeing helpdesk operations, and leading a team of direct reports.
You will be the escalation and communication channel for the wider business, working closely with senior leaders to resolve risk mitigation and maintenance issues.
Additionally, you will manage small projects within facilities management and collaborate with cross-site departmental leadership and site leads.
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience working in the life sciences industry, a proven track record in supervisory roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should also possess a good understanding of budgeting and finance, and contract management experience would be a plus.
