About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Caretaker to join our team at Aspire People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facilities.
Salary: £17,286 - £18,425 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Location: Our residential facilities are located in Huntington, Cambridgeshire, an area known for its natural beauty and rich history.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our residential facilities, including grounds maintenance and repairs. You will also be required to provide administrative support and work closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience as a caretaker or facilities manager, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
