School Site Manager

We are looking for a skilled School Site Manager to join our team at Aspire People. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our school site.
Key responsibilities include unlocking buildings and securing the site after hours, conducting regular health and safety checks, and maintaining all facilities on the site. You will also be responsible for ensuring all external fixtures, fittings, and play equipment are safe and secure.
An important part of this role is developing and implementing a site maintenance regime, which will involve regular checks on utilities, equipment, and other essential systems. You will also need to ensure that all areas of the site are kept clean and tidy, including emptying bins and litter picking.
If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to provide excellent customer service to our colleagues and students.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £25,584 - £27,269 per annum.
