Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise remediation works ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, MGE policies, and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits, compile paperwork, and produce accurate quotations.
  • Create detailed costings and programmes for site works.
  • Develop Risk Assessments/Method Statements according to industry best practices and regulations.
  • Liaise with the Office Manager to allocate labour, plant, and materials for safe working practices.
  • Manage site works in collaboration with the MGE site team and client to meet programme and budget targets.
  • Complete Site Audits and Site Visit Forms to achieve MGE targets.
  • Attend regular operations, managers', and supervisor meetings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Commitment to providing first-rate customer service.
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation, including health and safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and remote meeting software.
  • Effective communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to produce clear quotes, method statements, and reports.
  • Commercial awareness to manage financial implications and improve margin.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills amidst challenging demands.
  • Able to balance operational needs with best practice.
  • Fully qualified driver.

Compensation:

Our competitive salary for this position is estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within the company.
