We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Operations Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team at HAR Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities management and scientific equipment helpdesks across all 3 sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 4 direct reports working on the helpdesk.
- Act as the escalation and communication channel in support of the wider business.
- Manage small projects within Facilities Management and cross-site departmental leadership.
- Be the Facilities subject matter expert for rodent ingress, air flow management, and asset insurance management.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the life sciences industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders at all levels.
