Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Assistant to work in one of our partner schools, supporting students with special educational needs aged 11-17.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. As an Educational Support Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and encouragement to students, fostering their confidence and independence.
  • Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff to implement personalized learning plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
  • A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
