**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one or small group support for students with special educational needs. As a member of our team, you will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised learning activities, help manage classroom behaviour, and encourage a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
  • Maintain a safe and organised learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

**Requirements:**

  • You must have experience working with children with special educational needs in the UK.
  • You should be patient, understanding, and adaptable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
