Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and engage fully in school life.
  • Work closely with class teachers to implement tailored support plans and address individual needs.
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
