We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our dynamic team at Next, a leading retailer with a strong presence on the high-street and online. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our warehouses, people, stock, and vehicles.

The Role:

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring access to our sites, conducting searches of people and vehicles, and dealing with any incidents in a calm and professional manner. You will also be required to complete detailed reports and statements, and communicate any security risks and incidents to your Loss Prevention Manager.

About You:

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a drive to build and maintain great working relationships with visitors, management, and employees. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude and your initiative in this fast-paced warehouse environment, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with potentially difficult situations.
