  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Support Executive to join our team at Speedy Hire Plc. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the automotive sector. You will work closely with account managers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. Your primary focus will be on conducting business reviews to understand client needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to improve our services, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to implement changes.

  As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Previous sales experience is also essential, as you will need to use your organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets. A hardworking attitude and strong work ethic are equally important, as you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, using your interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach

  What We Offer:
