About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT department at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our colleagues, ensuring seamless IT operations and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on company-supported computers, applications, and software
  • Collaborate with the IT team to allocate workload and ensure effective support
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT systems, software, and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

We offer a competitive starting salary of £12,000 - £15,000, depending on age and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
