About the role

We're recruiting for a Service Desk / Senior Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and service fulfilment to users of ICT across the business. This will include desktop and remote support, as well as providing 1st and 2nd line support to ICT users in the resolution of reported faults and fulfilling service requests.

About you

We're looking for someone with previous Service Desk experience, a good working knowledge of end user devices, and a knowledge of Microsoft products. Previous experience of the Service Now Service Management Tool or a similar ticketing system would be advantageous.

This is a busy role, so you'll need to be able to multi-task and effectively prioritise your workload. You'll also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective analytical and problem solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
