Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment and a proven track record of delivering high-value advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects, as well as supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities
  • Develop and implement real estate strategies to improve client performance
  • Author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
  • Support the development of healthcare estate strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills
  • Competent in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions
