Senior Consultant (Healthcare) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting (REC) team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients build a strong case for change and make informed real estate investment decisions. You will have a proven track record in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects, as well as supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC) and estate / property strategies
  • Develop property target operating models and change management plans
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to inform decision-making
  • Communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
  • Programme management, project management, and contract management skills
  • Competent in data analysis and presentation
