Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
  • Providing programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills
  • Working with high-calibre colleagues to deliver high-value, independent, trusted advice to clients
  • Collaborating with clients to understand, capture, and improve the financial and non-financial performance of their real estate portfolios

You will have a relevant real estate industry qualification or experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. You will also be financially literate, with a good commercial understanding and financial analysis capability.
