Job Title: Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-value, independent, trusted advice to our clients, helping them to understand, capture, and improve the financial and non-financial performance of their real estate portfolios.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on real estate strategy, portfolio management, and performance improvement.
  • Developing and implementing real estate investment opportunities, including feasibility studies and business cases.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Managing and leading projects, including programme management, project management, and contract management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Financial literacy, with a good commercial understanding and financial analysis capability.
  • The ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives.
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills.
  • Competence in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel as and when required, plus the ability to work in new sectors or environments.
