Company Secretarial Manager

BTA is seeking a highly skilled Company Secretarial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate services department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client services and ensuring companies meet their statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients from setup to dissolution, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, maintaining accurate records and minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
  • Prepare, circulate, and minute board meeting documents, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate company registers and handle third-party correspondence, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Complete internal compliance files for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Liaise with clients and global offices, responding promptly to requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and collaborate with internal departments, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in company secretarial or a related field.
  • Proficient in Diligent Entities and other relevant software systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
