This critical role involves providing high-quality company secretarial services across our organisation and its affiliates, reinforcing corporate governance and compliance during a period of substantial growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Board and Committee Support: Provide administrative support to our Board and its committees, ensuring efficient governance and compliance practices.
- Statutory Filings: Manage statutory filings, maintain registers, and oversee filings for Group entities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Entity Management: Oversee and maintain fund and property company entities via our entity management platform, collaborating with third-party providers to deliver consistent company secretarial services.
- Corporate Structuring: Form and manage corporate vehicles aligned with tax guidance, maintaining corporate structure charts.
- Risk & ESG Committees: Act as secretary for the Risk and ESG Committees, scheduling, preparing agendas, coordinating documentation, and recording minutes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications & Experience: Hold a Company Secretarial Qualification (ICSA/CGI certification) or be working towards it, with a minimum 5 years' experience in a company secretarial or governance role.
- Board Support: Proven track record supporting board and committee functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong organisational skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Governance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of company secretarial duties and relevant company law.
