About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Bionic Services Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Junior Finance Brokers, providing guidance, training, and support to help them develop the skills and expertise required to excel in their positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals.
  • Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer enquiries and issues promptly.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and engagement.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 12+ months of team leadership experience, showcasing strong leadership skills. You should have knowledge of unsecured finance products, including personal loans, credit cards, and consumer lending options. Expertise in underwriting processes, focusing on creditworthiness, debt-to-income ratios, and risk evaluation for unsecured loans is also essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in credit risk management, assessing borrower profiles using financial data and credit scores.

You should also have a strong regulatory and compliance knowledge in unsecured lending, ensuring adherence to legal frameworks. A target-driven approach, consistently exceeding sales goals and identifying growth opportunities, is also required. A consultative sales approach, skilled in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, is essential. Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and listening formats are also necessary.
