Coventry, Coventry, United Kingdom University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust Full time
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Planned Community Therapy Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional community-based therapy to adults in Coventry.

Our service provides patient-centred assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to adults with a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, falls, orthopaedics, and management of long-term conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Assistant Practitioners, and Technical Instructors, to provide high-quality care to our patients.

The clinical caseload is varied and interesting, and you will have the opportunity to work with patients with a range of conditions, from promoting and improving independence to improving quality of life through education, maintenance, or preventative work.

We are committed to supporting your growth and development within your role and beyond. You will have access to regular in-service training, peer group support, and opportunities to participate in service development projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a forward-thinking organisation that is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
