Job Title: Adults Community Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Planned Community Therapy Service in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional community-based therapy to adults in Coventry.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering patient-centred care and a commitment to supporting patients to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, and support staff, to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and treating patients with a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, falls, orthopaedics, and management of long-term conditions.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote independence, improve quality of life, and prevent further decline.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Participating in regular in-service training and peer group support to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
