About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant-Driver to join our team at Silverberry Care. As a Care Assistant-Driver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional domiciliary care services to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and physical disabilities.
  • To provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and physical well-being.
  • To maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to Silverberry Care's policies and procedures.
  • To communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Caring and sensitive to the needs of others.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate records.
