About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence. Your daily tasks will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, supporting residents with activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and assisting with appointments, transport, and shopping as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality individual care to residents
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate
  • Support residents in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assist with appointments, transport, and shopping as needed

Requirements:

  • Located within an easily commutable distance from the estate
  • Minimum 1 year of UK Health and Social care experience preferred
  • A warm, friendly individual with experience working in a care or support environment
  • Passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to work in the Health and Social care sector
