About the Role

We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to lead our community of active and independent older people, exemplifying the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. This is a brilliant opportunity to support the management and smooth running of this thriving community.

The ideal candidate will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills. They will be able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the security of the development and oversee the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners.
  • Lead by example and think on their feet, continuing to grow their skills and knowledge.
  • Make a positive difference to the lives of older people and contribute to their happiness and wellbeing.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a care or support environment.
  • An understanding of health and social care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
