Compassionate Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Compassionate Care Associate to join our team at Silverberry Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional domiciliary care services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- To assist clients with daily living tasks such as dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, and using the toilet.
- To provide support with mobility and physical disabilities, including incontinence and use of personal aids and equipment.
- To care for clients who are temporarily sick or terminally ill, requiring bed nursing and assistance with feeding.
- To promote mental and physical activities through talking, outings, reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.
- To maintain a clean and safe environment by making beds, light cleaning, emptying commodes, and general tidying.
- To inspect, launder, and mend clients' clothing.
- To prepare and serve meals, clearing away, and washing up.
- To report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager.
- To encourage independence wherever possible.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A self-motivated and well-organised approach.
- Caring and sensitive qualities.
- The ability to use own initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- Access to their own vehicle.
- Company pension scheme.

- Blue light card refund.
- Mileage reimbursement (45p per mile).
- Support to achieve QCF qualifications.
