Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families through effective communication.
- Monitor and document progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to help children reach their potential.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Level 3 in residential children and young people's workforce or willingness to work towards this.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with children in a residential setting.
