Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Claybridge Care. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for supporting vulnerable children.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in care, promoting their emotional and physical well-being, and helping them develop essential life skills. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that each child receives tailored support and guidance, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Children and Young People's Workforce or be willing to work towards it. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also essential requirements.

The salary for this role is approximately £13.70 per hour, reflecting the industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive a sleep-in allowance for night shifts, paid on top of your regular pay.
