Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Specialist to provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Provide personal care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toileting, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Monitor and observe children's development, behavior, and health, reporting any concerns or issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with parents to communicate progress, set goals, and address any concerns or needs they may have regarding their child's development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, following established policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in child development principles and best practices
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting, showcasing your ability to work effectively with young children and their families
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
