**About the Role**

As a Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be responsible for leading our M&A team in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that drive growth and expansion for our business. You will work closely with our executive leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive M&A strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own and oversee all acquisitions end-to-end, from origination through to negotiation, due diligence, and completion
* Bring a strategic view to lead generation and prioritization, optimizing strategic outcomes and value generation
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and maximize success
* Present business cases to the executive leadership team and board to seek approval and sign-off
* Build and lead a market-leading team to drive success and performance at pace

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an M&A professional who has delivered multiple acquisitions end-to-end
* Experience as a business leader who has successfully led a function to deliver ambitious commercial results
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and oversee multiple transactions at any time
* Detail-oriented with proven analytical, numerate, and critical thinking skills
* Strong understanding of deal mechanics and the legal aspects of HoTs, due diligence, and SPAs/BPAs
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate with impact and present to executive and board-level stakeholders
