Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Orthodontic Business in the UK. As the Head of Orthodontics UK, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and clinical education teams to grow the business and execute our Ortho GTM strategy. This role requires a strong sales drive, strategic business development mindset, and change agent skills to leverage individual contributors and develop a new BU organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, including P&L budgeting and forecasting, to reach net sales and contribution margin targets.
  • Implement our GTM process, focusing on new customer acquisition and growing customer utilization through efficient segmentation, training, and education.
  • Develop and drive integrated sales, marketing, and education plans to deliver superior customer experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Implement local marketing and clinical education tactics to support our GTM and launch new products or services.
  • Control pricing and conduct annual pricing reviews based on value pricing.
  • Attend major professional meetings to interface with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and stay updated on scientific and product trends.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop and roll out local courses, events, and services, nurturing local KOLs and key partners relationships.
  • Lead the transformation and performance efforts, balancing data-driven and co-creation mindsets.
  • Contribute to budget development and manage the budget by country with clear ownership and responsibilities at the territory level.
  • Identify and analyze major market trends, political changes, and shifts within areas relating to market, education, and consumer habits.
  • Develop routine KPI reports and analysis to support sales and marketing actions.
Team Development

You will be responsible for developing a high-potential team, managing the Orthodontic organization blueprint, and expanding the team to hire, develop, and retain key talents. This includes establishing a culture of high performance, monitoring direct reports' performance, and providing coaching.

Requirements
  • Experience in the aligner business is a must.
  • Significant experience in achieving sales/profit targets as a Sales Manager.
  • Highly analytical, with expertise in financial analysis and synthetic priority management.
  • Good written and spoken English to interact with global teams.
