Your role

As a Head Of M&A, you'll be responsible for:

• Owning and overseeing all acquisitions end-to-end, from origination through to negotiation, due diligence and completion and onto a growth programme.
• Building and leading a market-leading team to drive success and performance at pace.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as an M&A professional who has delivered multiple acquisitions end-to-end.
• Experience as a business leader who has successfully led a function to deliver ambitious commercial results.
• Strong understanding of deal mechanics and the legal aspects of HoTs, due diligence and SPAs / BPAs able to understand the technical detail and make appropriate decisions.
