We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to lead our new 3-bed children's home in Hillingdon, London.
Job Purpose:To manage the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the children's home consistent with the approach and ethos of the organisation.
- Deliver high-quality care and outcomes as set out in the home's statement of purpose.
- Manage the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
- Support, lead, and manage a team of staff who provide protection and support to children and young people.
- Ensure the care and welfare of all children and young people in the home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed to continuing professional development and has a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people.
