Sales Negotiator

Coopers Residential have been successfully selling and letting homes since 1986.

We are a Sales and Lettings Estate Agent with branches in Hillingdon, Ickenham, Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Uxbridge, Pinner, Fitzrovia, West Drayton and Maidenhead and we'd love to expand our team.

We are looking for individuals based locally to our offices with a real determination and ambition to succeed.

We would love to hear from applicants at all experience levels, whether you've been an agent for years or you're looking for your 1st job to start your career.

Our sales and lettings consultant positions would suit those who:
Have a full, clean driver’s license and access to their own vehicle, (Essential)

Enjoy meeting and greeting customers,

Exhibit strong communications skills,

Will ensure that our excellent reputation is upheld,

Have a good sense of humour,

Are assertive, confident, friendly & genuine,

Have a professional telephone manner,

Have outstanding time management skills.

Please note the hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm, Fridays 9am - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 3pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
