Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing production teams in achieving goals and objectives in terms of productivity, safety, quality, service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance, control, and execute business and organisational processes and related infrastructure to ensure smooth, efficient, informed, and compliant operational functioning.
- Lead manufacturing production teams in achieving productivity, safety, quality, service, and financial performance goals and objectives.
- Hold responsibility for site operations and drive lean and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day issues and drive continual improvements in machine productivity and efficiency.
- Reduce waste, ensure product quality, and exceed customer service levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
