As a Therapeutic Recovery Support Practitioner with Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 10-17 in a specialist children's home.

Job Description- Deliver high-quality support to service users, addressing complex trauma and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall success of the home.
- NVQ3 / Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards this within two years).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
