Job Description

As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's residential home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the home, including staff management and risk assessments.
  • Leading and managing a team of therapeutic support workers to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and policies.
  • Developing high-quality, child-centred support plans and risk assessments.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintaining high-quality standards across all aspects of the home.
  • Actively preparing for Ofsted inspections and continuously reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Implementing effective quality assurance processes, including regular audits.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,700 per year, dependent on experience and successful completion of probation period. Ongoing professional development and training valued up to £8,000 are also offered.
