The Role
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing social media, niche communities, events, campaigns, and unconventional methods.
  • Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, creating a talent pool that aligns with our company's growth plans.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach, creating a compelling narrative about the opportunities at monday.com.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand specific talent needs and deliver candidates that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging talent pools to ensure our sourcing strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Data-Driven: Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve the sourcing process.
Your Experience & Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct sourcing experience and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.).
  • Data-driven practices and abilities.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a creative approach to sourcing.
  • A high level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
  • An amazing team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The position is based in London and requires working from the office three times a week. Our salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
