About the Role

This Business Outcome Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team at Shibumi. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired business outcomes through the effective implementation of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in transformation management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving value for clients. Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and superior project management skills are essential for this role.

As a Business Outcome Manager, you will work closely with our clients to develop a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives. You will then collaborate with them to create a tailored strategic plan for achieving those outcomes using our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and collaborate with them to map out a strategic plan for achieving those outcomes.
  • Lead collaborative workshops with customers to memorialize their desired outcomes, facilitate the translation of those outcomes into clear solution requirements, and plan the execution for the engagement.
  • Serve as the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, being a primary point of contact and advocate for those clients within our organization.
  • Manage the client through the journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing success, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless experience at every stage.
  • Drive and facilitate quick wins, big wins, and transformational wins for our clients, leveraging our platform's capabilities to deliver tangible business value and ROI.
  • Actively monitor client health, success criteria, and engagement. Identify any potential risks or challenges, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current client accounts and collaborate with Client Partners to close expansion and renewal opportunities.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location and experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
