Job Summary: The Success Outcomes Manager is responsible for driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and implement customized customer success plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Manage high-impact customer relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine customer success processes and drive process improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer progress and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology preferred.
  • 7 years of relevant experience within a large software company or within the Internal Audit department of any company.
  • Reasonable understanding of TeamMate+ or other audit software.
  • Fluent in English is a must; fluent in other languages is very helpful (Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German, etc.).

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per annum
