Adoption and Outcomes Specialist

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Adoption and Outcomes Specialist to join our team in London.
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.
You will work closely with our sales teams, account executives, and subject matter experts to identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
In this role, you will also conduct business reviews with client executives to drive satisfaction and desired outcomes.
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year.
About You
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or cyber security context.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Able to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
- Process-oriented approach with the ability to juggle competing demands.
